German high-performance tuning brand Brabus attracts the attention of car enthusiasts by unveiling the “Rocket GTS” shooting brake based on the performance of the Mercedes-AMG GT63 SE.

This model attracts attention with its powerful design and overwhelming performance, and is a limited edition with a price tag of $1 million (about 1.3 billion won).

Rocket GTS is a model that completely reinterprets the concept of the current Shooting Brake, combining the performance of the AMG GT63 SE with a unique hatchback style and a powerful hybrid powertrain.

The carbon fiber body uses aerodynamic details to reduce weight while maximizing high-speed driving stability. In particular, the rear has a unique silhouette with an extended roofline that drops sharply from the taillights, adding a sporty appeal.

The emblem decorated in Titan Gold color and the four red exhaust pipes further highlight the high-performance image of the vehicle.

The powertrain is a hybrid system that combines a 4.5-liter V8 biturbo engine specially tuned by Brabus and an electric motor, boasting a maximum output of 986 horsepower and torque of approximately 1,342 Nm.

Brabus limited torque to 1,342 lb-ft to protect the 9-speed automatic transmission, but that’s still 181 horsepower and about 200.7 lb-ft more powerful than the AMG GT63 SE Performance.

Thanks to this powerful performance, the Rocket GTS accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 317 km/h.

The inside is just as gorgeous as the outside. Carbon fiber trim is applied to the steering wheel, doors and center console, while high-quality quilted leather has been added to the seats and armrests to provide a luxurious feel.
