The excellent supported work will receive 2 million won in short film production costs and 1 million won worth of SLR Lent equipment rental. ‘Busan Short Film Production Support’ will select 1 work, and support 4 million won in short film production costs.
The application deadlines are as follows: October 10 for ‘Korean Short Film Production Support’ and September 30 for ‘Busan Short Film Production Support.’
An official from the Busan International Short Film Festival stated, “Despite the difficult circumstances in many ways, the Busan International Short Film Festival will increase the number of films and in-kind support compared to last year to vitalize short films in Korea and the Busan region and discover talented individuals, and will look for diamonds that will make next year’s festival shine.”
