We are excited to announce that our official partner, Nippon Tour Service Co., Ltd., is now accepting applications for participants for the away tour of the AFC Champions League Elite 2024/25 MD3 Ulsan HD vs. Vissel Kobe (kickoff 19:00 / Ulsan Munju Football Stadium) on Wednesday, October 23rd.

The local departure and arrival plan includes a local car, a dedicated guide, hotel, and tickets to watch the event, while the basic plan also includes a round-trip flight to and from Japan. A tour conductor will accompany you from Kansai Airport for the entire trip, and we are accepting applications for a total of 40 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Change Fee

Basic plan:

• 30 to 21 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the trip price
• 21 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the trip price
• From 7 days before the start of the trip to the day before: 60% of the trip price
• After the start date of the trip or no-show: 100% of the trip price

Local departure and arrival plan:

• From 14 days to 8 days before the start of the trip: 30% of the trip price
• From 7 days before the start of the trip to the day before: 50% of the trip price
• After the start date of the trip or no-show: 100% of the trip price

• Spectator tickets will be available on-site.
• If you require wheelchair access, please contact Japan Tour Service Co., Ltd. in advance.
• Please note that this tour may not be possible due to disasters, etc.
• If it is determined that it is difficult to carry out the originally scheduled tour schedule due to weather or road conditions, the tour may be changed or canceled at short notice.
