Get Ready to Cheer: HPCJC Support Event Takes Center Stage at Keio-Kaku Keirin Stadium
HPCJC&S Chikuma & Sanspo: Supporting Japan’s National Track Cycling Team
The HPCJC&S Chikuma & Sanspo event is scheduled to take place at Keiokaku Keirin Stadium from September 17th to September 19th, 2024. This event is a unique opportunity to support Japan’s national track cycling team and learn more about the sport.
What is HPCJC?
The HPCJC is an organization that supports the Japanese national track cycling team. It is made up of experienced and specialized staff who support the national team (Japan representatives). The organization plays a crucial role in preparing the team for international competitions, including the Olympics and World Championships.
After the Paris Olympics, the next stage for the Japanese national team is four years from now, at Los Angeles, with the World Championships coming up in October 2024. A portion of the proceeds from the “HPCJC Support Event” will be used to support the activities of the HPCJC, which supports the Japanese national team.
Exhibiting “video letters” and “life-size panels”
Various exhibits are planned at the event venue to help people learn about track events and the HPCJC. These exhibits include:
- Life-size panels of Japanese national team members who will be competing in the Paris 2024 Olympics, including Kaiya Ota, Mizuna Sato, Fuko Umekawa, and Riyu Ota.
- Panels and posters introducing HPCJC and its activities.
- Video letters from Kaiya Ota and Mizuna Sato, providing a unique insight into the lives of these athletes.
