ZEvent 2024: A Charity Marathon on Twitch Supporting Five Charities

ZEvent, a charity marathon that brings together dozens of streamers on Twitch, will be held again this year from September 6th to 8th, 2024. This year, five charities will receive donations. We’ll tell you all about them!

Video Games for a Cause When people are connected, amazing things can happen. From September 6th to 8th, 2024, the video game charity event “ZEvent” is back after a one-year hiatus! Over these three days, over 50 streamers on Twitch will come together to raise funds for several charities. The event was a huge success in the past, with the last edition collecting approximately 10 million euros for ecological charities.

This year, not just one charity will benefit from the event. Five organizations will share the donations: Popular Relief, Cop 1 Student Solidarity, Chapter 2, Office of Hearts, and Peasant Solidarity.

For streamers, the principle remains the same. To encourage donations, some streamers will set donation goals. Once this goal is accomplished, the streamer will be given a fun challenge (playing a sport, wearing a costume) and participate with online gamers. You can enjoy the live performance on Twitch.

In the past, ZEvent has supported various organizations, including Amnesty International in 2020, which fights for human rights around the world, and the Pasteur Institute in 2019, which received nearly 3.5 million euros in donations. Are you ready for the new edition?
