Sabah Project: Affordable Housing for Middle-Income Egyptians
The Urban Community Authority has launched the proposal for the first phase of the Sabah project in the northern expansion of the city on October 6.
The Sabah Project is a housing apartment project designed for middle-income Egyptians, available through the Housing and Development Bank’s website: Housing and Development Bank.
The apartment area ranges from 130 to 140 square meters, with 600 apartments available for offer. Payment plans are available over 3, 5, and 7 years, including bank interest.
Allocation to this project will be based on electronic reservation, with a reservation deposit of 150 thousand pounds.
