Blur: Two Films to be Released in January 2025

Get ready for a treat, Blur fans. Two films about the legendary UK rock band are set to be released in January 2025: “Blur: To The End,” a documentary film, and “Blur: Live At Wembley Stadium,” a concert film.

Blur, one of the most beloved bands in the UK, has gained huge popularity both at home and abroad since their debut in 1991, with seven consecutive albums reaching number one in the UK charts since “Parklife”. In July 2023, they made a surprising and moving comeback with their first new album in eight years, “The Ballad of Darren”.

“Blur: To The End” is a documentary film that follows the four members as they come together in early 2023 to record new songs. The film offers a unique glimpse into the band’s creative process and their journey to create new music.

Additionally, the concert film “Blur: Live At Wembley Stadium” will feature the band’s first-ever live performance at London’s Wembley Stadium, which took place in conjunction with the album’s release. The film captures the energy and excitement of the live performance, with the band playing to a crowd of 150,000 fans.

Both films are set to be released nationwide in January 2025 at Kadokawa Cinema Yurakucho and other locations.
