Judo Tournament at Kimagure Cuisine Kikumori
Tonight, the second tournament was held at “Kimagure Cuisine Kikumori,” run by judoka Kikumori Tetsuya. The event was a huge success, with delicious food and drinks, including grilled salted saury, and a lively discussion about judo.
The exchange of opinions and information regarding the 2024 Paris Olympics was very educational. This tournament was conceived by Pierre Flamand and has a goal of being held once a month.
The next event will be held in October, but the date has yet to be decided. Both the first and second sessions were so much fun, and we’re looking forward to the third session.
Special thanks to Mr. Kikumori, Professor Pierre, and Professor Matsuoka for tonight. The salted rice balls with pacific saury and new rice were the best.
