Due to a technical issue with E+’s ticket application system, the “Videogram Fastest Preliminary Lottery” that started today will be held from 12:00 to 14:30 on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Unfortunately, this glitch caused problems with selecting the desired idol for the “Personalized Invitation”. The issue has been resolved, and you can now apply as usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you experienced difficulties selecting your desired idol and completed your application, please cancel your application within the application period and apply again.

• To cancel your application, select “Details” ⇒ “Cancel application” from the “Application history” on E+.
• Please note that this cancellation will not affect the lottery results.

After the Videogram Fastest Preliminary Lottery period has passed, we will be unable to make any changes to your application.
