Thank you for your continued support for HKT48. We would like to inform you of the details of merchandise sales at the venues of the “HKT48 Gakuen Culture Festival Concert” and “Matsuoka Hana Graduation Concert~Hana! Hana! Isn’t she the best!~”.

Sales Date and Venue

September 28, 2024 (Sat)

Available at the following times:

• 10:00-12:00 (available only to customers with tickets for the matinee concert)
• 12:30-16:00 (customers who do not have concert tickets can also purchase tickets)
• 16:30-17:30 (available only to customers with tickets for the evening performance)

Digital Ordering System “Quick Order”

For this performance, we will be providing a digital ordering system called “Quick Order (QO-kun)” to enable customers to purchase merchandise more smoothly.

Once you select the products you wish to purchase from the website and create a “wish list,” your own personalized QR code (order sheet) will be created.

Simply present the QR code (order sheet) at the merchandise counter at the venue to complete your order.

Payment Method

The following payment methods are available:

• Cash (Japanese Yen)
• Credit card (one-time payment only)
• Electronic money
• QR code payment

Please note that cashless payment may be suspended depending on signal conditions, etc.

Notes

Please note that there are limited quantities of each product, so they may be sold out.

Please refrain from returning or exchanging products. When you receive the product, please be sure to check that there are no mistakes in the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns after the product has left the sales floor.

If you find that the product is defective, please contact our sales staff on the same day. We cannot accept product exchanges after that day.

All trading activities and the exchange of money are prohibited inside and around the venue.

Queuing up late at night or early in the morning is prohibited.

Please check with staff at the venue regarding the waiting line. Depending on the situation, the queue may be moved up.

The sales time may vary depending on the situation on the day. Sales may be temporarily suspended due to preparations for the venue or other reasons.

In order to ensure the safety of our customers, please cooperate and follow the instructions of our staff on the day.
