Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson Release Plans Revealed

At the recent Gamescom event, I had the opportunity to visit the Playdigious booth and learn more about the upcoming rhythm adventure game, Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson. In an interview with Axel Dauvergne, marketing director at Playdigious, we discussed the game’s release plans.

When asked about the release date, Dauvergne mentioned that Fretless will definitely be released on Steam, with console releases to follow post-launch. Although no official release date has been announced, it’s expected to arrive on PC before Gamescom 2025, which takes place in late March.

Dauvergne also hinted that there won’t be any more Gamescom interviews about Fretless before its release, suggesting that the game is nearing its launch window.
