The TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Wuxi Zhouxinli store is located near the home of Wuxi-born national industrialist Zhou Shunqing and spans 1,400 square meters over two floors. The store integrates various elements, including books, stationery, handicrafts, animation games, and coffee drinks, with seven book areas: art, humanities, literature, life, workplace and life, children, and special IP.
The first floor features hot topics in humanities and social sciences, two-dimensional culture, novel stationery, and clever home furnishings, as well as tea, wine, and cooking, coffee, and light meals. The second floor is divided into two main areas: a comprehensive book area with humanities, history, literature, and art, and the Tsutaya KIDS independent area with picture books, children’s books, and toys. A special SPACE area is also available for hosting galleries, flash mobs, lectures, and other events.

Tsutaya Books has opened 12 offline stores in mainland China, with four stores located in Tianmuli, Hangzhou, Shangshengxinsuo, Qiantan Taikoo Li, and Xi’an Maike Center operating as “Tsutaya Books”, and eight stores located in Tianjin Yanlord Isetan, Chengdu Yanlord Landmark, Qingdao Haitian MALL, Shenzhen Zhongzhou Bay, Shanghai MOHO, Chongqing Impression City, Wuhan Jianghan Road, and Beijing THE BOX Chaowai Youth Center operating as “TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE”.
Recently, the Tsutaya Bookstore in Xi’an announced its closure, attracting significant attention. The store will cease operations on October 8, 2024, due to business strategy adjustments. The store opened on March 27, 2021, and has been in operation for just over three years, covering an area of 4,500 square meters and accommodating a collection of 130,000 books.
