Pre-Enrollment Health Check for Elementary School and Compulsory Education School Entrants in April 2025
The Moriguchi City Board of Education will conduct pre-enrollment health checkups for children born between April 2, 2018, and April 1, 2019, who will enter elementary schools and compulsory education schools in April 2025. Notification documents with the implementation dates and times will be sent to families from mid-October onwards.
What to Bring
- School Entry Health Check Form (enclosed with the notification document)
- Maternal and child health handbook
- Indoor shoes
- A bag to store your shoes in
Checkup Details
The checkups and examinations include:
- Internal medical examinations
- Dental examinations
- Vision tests
Educational Counseling
If you have concerns about starting school, such as lifestyle aspects (food allergies, etc.) or academics, we provide educational counseling. Please apply via the external link below by October 23, Reiwa 6 (2024).
Note: We have changed the consultations to a reservation-based system to avoid long wait times. Advance reservations will be given priority, so we may not be able to accommodate you even if you wait on the day.
