She explained that she spent years balancing family responsibilities with her acting career and does not care much for digital content creation. Adel noted that she tried TikTok once with help from her daughter Maryam but could not continue because she dislikes that type of content.

Adel stated that her home serves as her main source of comfort, where she enjoys spending time with her children and dogs. She also shared her passion for electronic games, particularly Candy Crush, which helps her relax and relieve work-related stress.

She mentioned that she enjoys walking around and using public transportation, finding joy in a simple life away from fame, despite occasionally being surprised when people recognize her outside Egypt. She also recounted an incident during a visit to the United States when she lost her way and her phone battery died, leaving her feeling frightened until passersby helped her charge her phone and return to her destination.
Overcoming a Cosmetic Surgery Ordeal
Adel revealed that she suffered through a difficult experience with permanent fillers that began during the filming of the 2007 television series “Qalb Mayet”. She underwent a cosmetic procedure that she believed would be temporary, only to discover later that it was a permanent filler causing changes in her facial features.
She underwent a long treatment period involving medical follow-ups in England before undergoing surgery to address the effects. The ordeal affected her psychologically to the point where she considered retiring from acting before overcoming it and returning to her normal work schedule.
