giulia Firpo
Firpo holds degrees in modern literature and jazz singing from the “A. Vivaldi” Conservatory of Alessandria.She furthered her vocal studies with Maestro Miguel Angel Curti in Bologna and participated in numerous jazz workshops with renowned vocalists such as Maria Pia de Vito, Shawnn Monteiro, Diana Torto, and Norma Winstone. Her musical background also includes classical and jazz piano studies. Firpo has released several albums, including “9 Cordas” (2009), a duo project with guitarist Marco Ruviaro dedicated to Brazilian popular music, and “EN la Oreilla del Mundo” (2016), featuring arrangements by Roberto Taufic. She has collaborated with numerous musicians, including Roberto Taufic, stefano Profeta, Federico Ariano, Miguel and Lautaro Acosta, Fabrizio Forte, Silvia Cucchi, and Danielle di Majo.In 2024, she recorded ”Em Seu Piano” with Fabio Gorlier.
Fabio Gorlier
Gorlier is a pianist who graduated from the ”G. Verdi” Conservatory in turin, possessing a strong foundation in both classical and jazz music. He studied with prominent musicians such as Enrico Rava and Paolo Fresu and holds a degree in musical disciplines and music history from the University of Turin. Gorlier has performed at numerous Italian and international jazz festivals, including the Turin jazz Festival, Jazz Time in Berchidda, and the Venice Jazz Festival. He has also performed internationally in countries such as Scotland, France, Switzerland, Ecuador, Palestine, and China. Gorlier has collaborated with musicians such as Billy Cobham, Javier Girotto, and Tullio de Piscopo.
