Glance AI and Samsung Partnership Unlocks AI Commerce on Lock Screens
Samsung users in the United States now have access to Glance AI, an AI commerce platform, directly on their lock screens. This integrated experience, a result of a strategic partnership, provides exclusive access to AI shopping and content finding.
Glance AI, which launched earlier this month, aims to transform the way consumers shop. The platform allows users to visualize themselves in AI-curated outfits and make purchases with a single tap. It utilizes Google Gemini’s intelligence and Imagen’s image generation capabilities.
The content discovery platform is available as both an app and a lock screen experience. Users can upload a selfie or image, and the AI generates realistic images of them in various outfits. Recommendations and order fulfillment are managed through Glance AI’s partnerships with over 400 brands.
Glance AI also uses trending content, local events, and social media to personalize recommendations. High-speed data analysis enables flash sales and trend-driven commerce.
