2025 was a year of reaffirmation and strategic growth for Grupo Médico santa Paula (GMSP). Arturo González, Marketing and Communications Manager of GMSP,summarizes this balance: ”our purpose of caring for more and more people translates into a constant effort to innovate and ensure that specialized care is within reach of the Venezuelan economy. We are building the platform that the country needs for the next decade. With this foundation, we aim to continue serving and caring with the soul of health and the well-being of our users, to achieve healthier, more human and connected communities.” This renewed management was reflected in several areas.
Diagnosis and High Specialization
González highlighted that in 2025 a significant technological leap was achieved with the incorporation of high-end equipment in critical areas, which expands surgical and diagnostic capabilities, guaranteeing safer, more precise and accessible procedures for the community:
· Interventional Cardiology and Surgery: A modern OEC Elite CFD digital C-arm from General Electric was acquired. This mobile X-ray equipment has strengthened surgical areas, raising standards in Neurosurgery, Gastroenterology and Interventional Cardiology. The Grupo Médico Santa Paula (GMSP) expanded its services this year with a new facility in Torre Banvenez, offering primary care, lab and imaging diagnostics, and immediate care for low-complexity emergencies. The GMSP demonstrated its commitment to public health thru numerous free screenings (cardiovascular, allergies, mental health, skin lesions, breast health, and urology, among others). González highlighted the success of the “Pink Month” (October) promotion, offering affordable mammograms and breast ultrasounds with complimentary bone density scans.
