MILAN (AP) — A new experiential program, “Gnothi Seauton” (Know Thyself), is set to launch in September, offering a unique blend of art therapy, Gestalt psychology, and Eastern spiritual practices. the program aims to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery through creative expression and introspective techniques.
