Wheelchair Badminton Representative Chan Ho Yuen on Retirement and Social Inclusion
Chan Ho Yuen, a wheelchair badminton representative, has announced his retirement after 16 years of fighting for Hong Kong. He expressed his gratitude to the public for their support and hopes that they will continue to pay attention to athletes with disabilities.
“When our resources are not enough, it is all thanks to the support of every citizen, relatives and friends that we athletes of non-mainstream or non-Paralympic events can survive and hold on until it becomes a Paralympic event and we become Paralympic athletes.”

Swimming Team’s Medal Winners Share Their Experiences
The swimming team won one silver and one bronze medal. Chan Ruilin, who won the silver medal, hopes to change her color in the next session and is working with her coach to improve her swimming style and butterfly stroke.
