The sellers – Carolin Scheifl, Lorenz Wiederer, and Raphael prior – will remain with the company and continue in their management roles. Together with EOS, FLEXiCODE plans to focus on expanding its offerings in high-growth areas like Field Service Management (FSM) and scaling its Managed Services capabilities. A key objective is also strengthening FLEXiCODE’s international presence to align with and support the global partner strategy of IFS.
