Oklahoma is poised to benefit from a $5 million investment designed to expand access to critical artificial intelligence (AI) skills training and create new career pathways for residents. The initiative aims to ensure the state is not only prepared for the AI revolution but actively leading it, fostering a homegrown talent pipeline of innovators.
Strategic Partnerships to Deliver AI Training
Funding will be distributed to key organizations working directly with students and the workforce. These include the Thunder Community Foundation,which supports community programs across Oklahoma,and the Oklahoma State University foundation, facilitating philanthropic support for the university’s educational and research endeavors. Additional support will go to the Centre for Employment Opportunities, focused on providing job training and placement services, Atlas School, an innovative career-focused learning institution, and the Tulsa STEM Alliance, dedicated to advancing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.
