A new impact report highlights the program’s effectiveness through collaboration and skills-based training.

According⁤ to Google, over 70% ⁢of⁢ U.S. graduates report a ⁤positive career outcome,such as a new job,promotion,or raise. The program collaborates with educational institutions and businesses,including Siemens,T-mobile,and Wells Fargo,to integrate certificates and invest in employee growth. The Grow with Google employer Consortium includes over 150 companies‍ that hire certificate graduates or upskill‍ current employees.

With upskilling and⁢ “how to change jobs” searches at all-time ‍highs, accessible and flexible skills training is critical. The program now includes an optional course, “Accelerate Your Job Search with AI,” to help learners use AI to create job search plans and resumes.
