Google is rolling out updates to its Commerce Media solutions, designed to provide retailers and brands with greater reach, control, and transparency, all powered by Google AI. These updates, currently in beta, span across Search ads 360, Display & Video 360, and Google Ads.
The updates focus on enhancing the role of Google AI in driving Commerce Media performance. Roundel,as the frist retail media network,now enables online,app,and offline sales data measurement within Performance Max through Search Ads 360. Google Ads extends this support to Search, Shopping, and Demand Gen campaigns.
Google Ads is also introducing improved self-service options for retailers and marketplaces, including Shopee, Rakuten, and Flipkart. This enhancement allows these platforms to share product catalogs more efficiently with brands, streamlining the advertising process.
To further expand reach, google is bringing commerce and retail media to YouTube through Display & Video 360. This move aims to boost off-site scale and engagement for advertisers.
