Lead‌ DSM has⁣ selected⁣ 45 ‌individuals for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute class of⁤ 2026. These leaders were chosen ⁣through a​ competitive nomination and vetting process, ⁤according to a⁢ recent proclamation.

The Leadership Institute is designed to develop effective community leaders and changemakers. ‌Over the next nine months, participants will⁢ engage in ‌a curriculum focused on‌ understanding Greater Des ‍Moines from multiple perspectives, increasing awareness of local‍ challenges, and enhancing leadership skills.
