From the morning of August 23 to the evening of August 24, the climate within the Northeast area and Hoa Binh could have reasonable rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, domestically very heavy rain with widespread rainfall from 50-100mm, domestically over 200mm. From August 25, heavy rain within the Northeast area and Hoa Binh will doubtless step by step lower.
