- Prepare the green onion miso filling by mixing ingredients listed under (B). Wrap each portion of dough with the green onion miso filling.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add rice oil. Arrange 4 oyaki in the pan, then add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover and steam for approximately 3 minutes.
- Once the bottom is browned, flip the oyaki, add another 1-2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for another 3 minutes, or until browned.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
