Festiver 2024: The Green Film Festival⁣ in Barichara, Colombia

From September 19 to 22, Barichara, one​ of the most beautiful towns in Colombia, will host ⁢the 14th edition ‌of Festiver, the Green Film Festival.⁤ This event has established itself⁣ as a‍ reference in promoting environmental cinema and sustainability.

This year’s festival promises a rich ‍experience⁢ with a varied program that⁢ includes ⁤52 films competing, covering feature films, shorts, and animations from around the world.

Norida⁤ Rodríguez, Festiver’s executive director, highlighted the⁢ breadth ‌and relevance of the selection of films. “Festiver brings a diverse and vibrant display ​to Barichara this year. 52⁣ films are competing, in five categories that tell stories about wildlife, ecosystems, conservation, climate change, community work, and⁣ the many ways in which people from different ⁤places work and ⁤relate to their environment.”
