A judge sentenced Gaviria Munoz to 240 days in the Palm Beach County Jail. According to court records, he was credited with 99 days already served behind bars.

Details of the February Pursuit

The legal proceedings follow a pursuit that took place on February 15, 2026. According to a Florida Highway Patrol probable cause affidavit, the incident began near Lake Worth Beach when a trooper observed Gaviria Munoz lane-splitting through traffic.
