Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
When Can I Exchange or Return a Product?
- You must notify us of the reason for exchanging the product within 7 days from the date you received the product and send the product to our office.
- If the product is different from what was advertised or displayed, or if the product is not performed as per the contract, exchange/return is possible within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, or within 30 days from the date the fact was known or could have been known.

Ineligible for Exchanges and Returns
When Are Exchanges and Returns Not Possible?
- If the return/exchange period has expired.
- If you send an item to the office for return or exchange without prior notice (please contact us in advance).
- If the goods are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the consumer.
- If the packaging is damaged or the tag is removed (except in cases where the packaging is damaged to check the contents of the product).
- When the value of the goods has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the consumer.
- When the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly over time to the point where it is difficult to resell them.
- If the packaging of goods that can be copied is damaged.
- If the product or product packaging is damaged to the extent that it cannot be resold, even if it is a misdelivered product (excluding products where the packaging must be opened to check the contents).
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to simple change of mind, such as color exchange or size exchange, and not due to incorrect delivery or defects, the customer must pay the product return shipping cost of 3,000 won. An additional shipping fee of +400 won will be charged for Jeju Island and remote islands.
