The Kanagawa Prefectural qualifying tournament for the High School American Football Autumn Tournament kicked off on September 8th at the Asano Gakuen Grounds. The Asano American Football Club, in collaboration with Prefectural Maioka High School and Prefectural Yokohama Tateno High School, formed a joint team to compete against Prefectural Kishine High School.
The joint team took an early lead, showcasing their exceptional teamwork and skills honed through joint training since the summer. Although the score narrowed towards the end of the game, each player remained composed and performed their role to secure a brilliant win in the first match.
