Grupo Firme, the popular Mexican band, will not perform at this weekend’s La onda Fest in Napa, California. The band announced Friday that ongoing visa issues are to blame for the cancellation.
In a statement shared on Instagram Stories, Grupo Firme explained that their visas, along with those of Música VIP, are undergoing administrative processing at the U.S. embassy. This situation makes it unfeasible for them to appear at La Onda Fest as planned. The band added, “We will share news soon on our return to the U.S. so we can see each other again and sing, dance, and celebrate together.”
