Ken and I were really excited to honor our daughter, Aurora Raina Urker, in such a loving environment. It means a lot that our community embraced her with open arms.
Interviewer: Aurora Raina is a beautiful name. What inspired you to choose it?
Gypsy Rose Blanchard: Thank you! The name Aurora is inspired by “Sleeping Beauty,” which is one of my favorite Disney stories. It perfectly represents the dreams and hopes I have for my daughter. I want her to grow up knowing she is loved and cherished.
Interviewer: You looked beautiful in your pale pink dress. How did you feel during the celebration?
Gypsy Rose Blanchard: I felt so overwhelmed with joy! The vendors did an incredible job decorating and making the day special. I really wanted this day to be memorable, not just for me but for Aurora as well. I took a moment to soak it all in and appreciate all the love surrounding us.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard: It really was an emotional journey. Ken and I reignited our relationship after I was released from prison in December. Honestly, it felt so natural to reconnect, and it quickly became clear that we shared a lot of love for one another. I announced my pregnancy in July, and now we’re going to start this amazing family journey together.
Interviewer: There were some questions regarding the paternity of your child. How did you handle that?
Gypsy Rose Blanchard: When those questions arose, I knew it was important to clear things up. I shared a screenshot of the paternity test that confirmed Ken as the father with a 99.9% probability. Ken is going to be an incredible dad, and I’m so grateful to have him by my side as we welcome our baby girl into the world.
