Tyrese Haliburton delivered a masterful performance Tuesday night, racking up 32 points, 15 assists, and 12 rebounds as the Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks 130-121. Indiana now holds a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference finals, putting them one win away from their first NBA Finals appearance since 2000.
Haliburton’s stellar play, in front of his father John, at Gainbridge fieldhouse, included four steals and a crucial role in sealing the victory. Pascal Siakam added 30 points for the Pacers,while Obi Toppin’s late three-pointer put the game out of reach.
Jalen Brunson led the knicks with 31 points, supported by Karl-Anthony Towns with 24 points and 12 rebounds, and OG Anunoby, who added 22. Despite their efforts, the Knicks couldn’t overcome another double-digit deficit. This game marked the first win for the home team in the series.

The Knicks narrowed the gap to six points on three occasions in the final minutes, but Towns’ late-game knee injury hampered their comeback efforts.
“I’m excited about it, it’s going to be a lot of fun,” Haliburton said regarding the chance to clinch the series at Madison Square Garden. “It’s a great surroundings to play in.”
“I was just trying to aggressive and respond, I felt like I let the team down in [the Game 3 loss]it’s a big win for us,” said Haliburton.
Haliburton acknowledged his father’s presence boosted his performance. John Haliburton had previously been involved in an incident with Giannis Antetokounmpo earlier in the playoffs.
