“Hama Kids Orpus Club α” opens at Gran Green Osaka on September 6th!

Hama Gakuen Co., Ltd. (Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, CEO: Katsutoshi Takemori) will open the group’s first educational program development center in collaboration with domestic and international universities and research and development institutions, as well as the preschool classroom division “Hama Kids Orpas Club Alpha Osaka Umeda School” within Gran Green Osaka JAMEBASE.

In Gran Green Osaka, a large green space in the heart of the city, we will collaborate with research institutions such as Kyoto University to develop, implement and disseminate the best educational programs, pioneering a new path for Japanese education from the private sector.
Hamagakuen Group, which has 182 classrooms in Japan and overseas, has the mission of “fostering the ability to take on the challenges of society through the best learning,” and aims to improve the academic abilities and non-cognitive skills of children who will lead the future society. In the lush green environment of Gran Green Osaka, we will disseminate cutting-edge information and the best education.

“Alpha Experience” only possible at Gran Green Osaka

The Osaka Umeda campus will open in Grand Green Osaka, which has the theme of “the fusion of greenery and innovation,” within JAMBASE, a space where industry, government, academia, and citizens come together to create new value.
At this facility, Hama Gakuen Group will team up with Kyoto University Graduate School, Osaka University, Yokohama City University, and scientists from various fields both in Japan and abroad to develop programs in areas such as “music education” and “nutritional education,” and will provide children with a series of opportunities to regularly experience “additional value” such as “developing the next generation of talent who can be active globally.”
First of all, to commemorate the opening, we will be holding the attached opening commemorative programs for “music education” and “food education,” so we hope you will take this opportunity to experience the new educational programs at Hama Kids Orpus Club Alpha Osaka Umeda School.

Prior to the start of classes in November, we will be holding an opening commemorative program where you can experience early childhood education in the areas of “music and food education.”

■Friday, September 6th: “Kids’ Wind Orchestra Experience with the Osaka Shion Wind Orchestra”

A wind orchestra experience event for children, hosted by the Osaka Shion Wind Orchestra (Osaka Shion Wind Orchestra, a public interest incorporated association), the symphonic wind orchestra boasting the longest history and tradition in Japan.
On the day, students from Hama Kids and Hama Kids International School will participate, and there will also be a parent-child field experience demonstration conducted by the Mayawa Masako Laboratory of the Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University.
We will measure changes in the physical data of parents and children brought about by the artistic experience with a full orchestra, collect data on its effect on children’s development, and verify its use in their future growth.

■On Saturday, September 7th, there will also be a nutrition education seminar titled “The Frontline of Children’s Intestinal Health” by Dr. Tochio Takumi of BIOSIS Lab., a pre-pro venture at Fujita Health University.
