MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Max Verstappen will start on pole position for Sunday’s Miami Grand Prix after a dominant performance in Saturday’s qualifying session. The Red Bull driver edged out McLaren’s Lando Norris in a tightly contested Q3, setting the stage for an exciting race.
Q1: Hülkenberg Eliminated, Aston Martin Struggles
The first qualifying session saw Nico Hülkenberg fail to advance, his Sauber finishing in 16th place. A late surge from Yuki Tsunoda pushed the German driver out of the Q2 contention.
