Pig Price Today (September 11): Market Stagnation Across Regions
As of September 11, recorded pork prices have begun to stagnate in all three regions, with surveyed prices in localities fluctuating between 62,000 – 67,000 VND/kg.
Pig Price in the North
The live hog market in the North did not record any new adjustments in the morning session, with live hog trading in the range of 64,000 – 67,000 VND/kg.
Hanoi maintains the highest price in the region at 67,000 VND/kg, while Ninh Binh province is trading at 64,000 VND/kg, the lowest in the region.
Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, and Ha Nam provinces have a purchase price of 65,000 VND/kg for pigs.
Pig Price in Central Highlands
The live pig market in the Central Highlands region was also quiet, fluctuating between 62,000 – 66,000 VND/kg.
Thanh Hoa continues to record the highest price in the region at 66,000 VND/kg, while Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh maintain a price of 64,000 VND/kg.
Other localities in the region still maintain the old price today.
Pig Price in the South
The southern pig market today remained stable, purchasing at around 62,000 – 65,000 VND/kg.
Live pigs in Binh Duong and Ca Mau are being purchased at the highest price in the region at 65,000 VND/kg.
Other localities in the South continue to buy live pigs at unchanged prices.
