Hanwha ​Group’s⁣ Defense Companies to ‌Recruit 600 New Employees

The three defense companies of the Hanwha Group, Hanwha Aerospace, ⁢Hanwha Ocean, and Hanwha Systems, are set to recruit new‍ college graduates⁣ in ⁣the second half of the year to lead the ‌future of⁣ Korea’s defense industry.

Hanwha Aerospace Recruitment

Hanwha Aerospace plans to hire ‌new employees in functions such as research ‍and⁣ development (R&D), production/manufacturing technology, quality, purchasing, business⁤ management, finance,​ and management‍ support. The​ company ‍will focus on technology development projects, including ‌independent aircraft engine ⁢development⁣ and⁢ joint development of next-generation launch vehicles, and ‌select more ⁣than ⁣55% ⁤of all⁣ employees in the R&D field.

Hanwha Aerospace will visit ⁣19 university campuses across the country for recruitment briefing sessions and the ‘Aero ‍Space Tour’, ⁤where students can receive ‌advance applications and speak directly with‍ current employees. Hanwha​ Ocean Recruitment

Hanwha⁢ Ocean is aggressively hiring new employees to lead technology in naval vessels and expand ‍its global defense‍ business. The company plans to recruit key talent across all ​functional divisions,⁣ including R&D,⁢ sales, design, business⁣ management, and ​production management.

Hanwha Ocean will visit 16 university campuses across the country to provide recruitment counseling and conduct‌ a separate Global Challenger selection process to secure global talent for overseas ‌business expansion. Those who have the ability to accept English‌ and other cultures are eligible for ​employment.

Hanwha Systems Recruitment

Hanwha ⁢Systems⁢ is hiring in the defense⁢ sector, including hardware (HW), software (SW), and optics, and in the ICT sector,⁤ including service development/operations, ERP development/operations, infrastructure construction/operations, and accounting. Selected personnel will be assigned to⁤ key ‍divisions‌ such as Radar, Satellite, ‍Maritime Systems, System Integration (SI), and IT Solutions.

Hanwha Systems will‍ hold an online recruiting briefing session via YouTube Live, where various recruitment-related​ information will be shared through ⁣a live ⁤broadcast. Attendees can⁢ pre-register for the online briefing ‌session.

Recruitment Details

Recruitment applications will⁢ be available from September ​2nd to 27th on ⁣Hanwha Group’s ‌official recruitment portal, ‘Hanwhain’, for applicants with a ⁤bachelor’s​ degree, ‍master’s degree, or 4-year doctoral⁣ degree. ⁤The​ details of each⁢ company’s recruitment area are different.
