PEACE, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the mental health of Asian Pacific Islander (AAPI) immigrants, is set to host its first charity fundraising concert. The event aims to raise awareness and funds for mental health treatment in the Asian community in Georgia.
The concert, titled ‘Music for Peace,’ will take place on the 5th of next month at 4 p.m. The Ponce City Quartet, a renowned Atlanta-based string quartet, will perform at the event. David Kim, CEO of PEACE, emphasized the importance of supporting the organization’s mission, stating, “We strive to increase access to mental health treatment for the Asian community in Georgia, and we appreciate your support in this endeavor.”
The concert will be held at CBM Atlanta, located at 3109 Crossing Park NW in Norcross. Tickets are priced at $25, and attendees will be treated to light refreshments. An auction featuring personal belongings will also be part of the event.
