Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard have joined the cast of I’m a Celebrity… South Africa!, bringing a significant shift to the camp dynamics. The two veteran contestants arrived on April 10, 2026, as late additions to the competition.

The arrivals occurred via a train referred to as the Royal Express, an entrance that according to The Sun, has created a new divide within the South African camp.

The introduction of the new campmates was handled by hosts Ant and Dec. During the broadcast, the hosts informed the existing group that Camp life as you know it is about to change! and that it was time to welcome two new campmates.

Following the announcement, the current contestants were led to a different area of the jungle to meet the newcomers. The arrival sparked an immediate reaction from actor Adam Thomas, who was heard shouting, Oh my God! What is going on?

Returning Contestants

Both Redknapp and Bullard are returning to the franchise after previous appearances in the series. Harry Redknapp, 79, originally participated in the 2018 series, while Jimmy Bullard, 47, was a contestant in the 2014 series.

The Sun has characterized the pair as I’m A Celeb royalty, noting that their entry has effectively made them the kings of camp following their late arrival.

Reported Tensions and Conflict

While the arrival was framed as a shake-up for the show, reports indicate that it has led to immediate friction. The Daily Mail reports that tensions have risen within the camp, specifically involving Adam Thomas and Jimmy Bullard.

According to a source cited by The Sun, a severe conflict occurred during filming between the actor and the former footballer. The source claimed that Thomas totally lost it and began screaming at Jimmy, using aggressive language and calling him a c*** and every other name under the sun.

It was completely unexpected and deeply shocked the other campmates, including Jimmy who didn’t see it coming.
