Hasbro is expanding its presence in the digital frontier with the launch of two distinct action figure lines based on the Tron franchise, incorporating a new technical initiative for smaller-scale figures and a high-end collection for the 2010 film Tron: Legacy.
The company is introducing these products across two different scales: a 6-inch line dedicated to Tron: Legacy and a 3.75-inch collector set titled TRON: Heroes of the Grid, which is being released through the crowdfunding platform HasLab.
Tron: Legacy 6-Inch Collector Packs
The 6-inch Tron: Legacy line deviates from a standard wave of individual releases, instead offering two high-end collector packs. According to reporting from Gizmodo, these sets are designed to target collectors of the 2010 cult classic.

The first offering is the Tron: Legacy Identity Collection, a four-pack of figures retailing for $140. This set includes the characters Quorra, Rinzler, Clu, and an older version of Kevin Flynn.
The Identity Collection includes 28 accessories distributed among the four figures. These accessories consist of masked forms, alternate heads—including a smiling head for the character Clu—identity disc-flinging combat effects, and a light sword for Quorra.
The second release in the 6-inch scale is the Light Cycle Power Pack. Retailing for $100, this set contains a single figure of Sam Flynn and one of the film’s signature black light cycles.
The Hasbro 375 Initiative and HasLab
Alongside the 6-inch line, Hasbro revealed the TRON: Heroes of the Grid collector set at New York Comic Con 2025. This project serves as the pioneer for a new initiative called Hasbro 375, which focuses on 3.75-inch figures that maintain the articulation and decorative detail typically reserved for larger-scale lines.
The TRON: Heroes of the Grid set is the first Disney-branded property to be featured on the HasLab crowdfunding platform. The set includes five hyper-articulated figures from the original 1982 film: Tron, Flynn, Yori, Sark, and Program.
In addition to the figures, the collector set features:
- Two Light Cycles equipped with removable jetwalls to recreate gladiatorial-style races.
- A USB-C powered illuminated Grid display base featuring an I/O Tower backdrop.
- Retro-style cardbacks inspired by the 1982 design.
- Interchangeable hands and identity discs for the figures.
The HasLab project requires a minimum of 10,000 backers to reach production. The deadline for this crowdfunding effort is November 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Technical Development and Articulation
Hasbro Senior Model Designer Chris Reiff stated that the development of the 3.75-inch figures involved applying technical lessons learned from 6-inch lines, specifically Marvel Legends and The Black Series. This approach allowed the team to implement hyper-articulation in a smaller scale that the Tron property had not previously featured.
We’ve been looking at ways to do more with 3¾-inch figures. You’ll see that little ‘375’ logo on our card backs, and TRON, with all that excitement around the movie and with our partners at Disney, just made a lot of sense.
Chris Reiff, Hasbro Senior Model Designer
Reiff noted that the design process utilized reference materials provided by Disney as well as archives maintained by the Tron fan community.
The launch of these products coincides with the anticipation for the upcoming film TRON: Ares. This new push follows a previous attempt by Hasbro in 2025 to bring classic Tron figures to market via a HasLab project, which failed to secure the necessary support to proceed to production.
