‍ Prior to her appointment,‍ Grosso served as Strategy and Analytics Lead for Havas Media Canada. Describing herself as a “gamer-girl,” she will focus on a​ more ​holistic approach to ‍fandom engagement, moving beyond treating⁣ different⁤ fandoms ‌as isolated groups.
