Hayes and Cork Shine at Camogie All-Star Awards 2023: A Celebration of Talent and Excellence

Cork‘s Laura Hayes won the PwC GPA Camogie Senior Player of the Year at the PwC Camogie All-Star Awards in Croke Park. Cork also won eight All-Star awards total. Galway, the runners-up in the Glen Dimplex Senior All-Ireland Championship, secured five All-Stars. Tipperary and Dublin received one award each, with Karen Kennedy and Claire Gannon recognized.

Ger Manley from Cork was named Camogie Manager of the Year for his excellent leadership. He took over in November 2023 and led Cork to a three-point victory against Galway in the final. This win gave Cork its 30th All-Ireland senior camogie title and its second consecutive title after winning in 2023.

The 2024 PwC Camogie Soaring Stars team recognized players from the Premier Junior and Intermediate Championships. This team features six players from Cork, four from Kilkenny, two from Laois, and one player each from Offaly, Kerry, and Tipperary.
