Paramore’s Hayley Williams surprised roughly 9,000 fans in New York City by appearing on stage with Turnstile at Under The K Bridge Park. The guest spot occurred during the encore of Turnstile’s album release show.
Williams joined the band for a performance of “Seein’ Stars,” a track from Turnstile’s new album.The song also features Blood Orange’s Devonté Hynes.
The crowd erupted as Williams took the stage about a minute into the song, after Turnstile vocalist Brendan Yates shouted her name.
Turnstile’s setlist included 24 songs, featuring othre new tracks such as “I CARE” adn “NEVER ENOUGH.”
What’s next
Turnstile is scheduled to headline Outbreak Festival next week and will also perform at primavera Sound and Glastonbury later this month.Hayley Williams recently collaborated with Moses Sumney on the single, “I Like It I Like It.”
