105 (General MESH-3D TYPE payment standard for hernia surgery)

1. General MESH-3D TYPE treatment materials are recognized as receiving medical care benefits in the following cases during hernia surgery.

A. Patients aged 60 years or older

B. If the hernia recurs

D. Hernia orifice size is 3cm (SCHUMPELICK-

If AACHEN Classification grade Ⅲ) or higher

2. For the cost of medical supplies used outside of the scope of the abovementioned clause 1, the patient’s share rate is applied at 80% in accordance with the “Standards for determining the share rate and items to which a different share rate is applied within the range of less than 1/100 of the medical care benefit cost”.
