baptist Health, the largest healthcare provider in central Alabama, has partnered with Healthcare IT Leaders to enhance its Oracle Health clinical application through comprehensive managed services.The multiyear agreement will see Healthcare IT Leaders providing round-the-clock monitoring, support, and maintenance.
The collaboration aims to ensure seamless service delivery, system reliability, and continuous improvement. Healthcare IT Leaders’ Kansas City-based center of Excellence will support the engagement, utilizing a platform-agnostic Continuous Services approach that leverages intelligent automation.
