Travel Nurse across America (TNAA) and TotalMed, backed by Gridiron Capital and Stella Point Capital respectively, have joined forces. The merger seeks to create a more comprehensive healthcare staffing and managed service provider (MSP).
The combined entity will provide a broad spectrum of services, including travel nursing, allied health staffing, workforce solutions, shift fulfillment technology, per diem staffing, and locum tenens. Additional offerings encompass life sciences,health plan staffing,non-clinical hospital roles,strike staffing,and industry support.
