Helene Fischer is preparing for her 2026 Giga Tour, a 360-degree stadium production celebrating 20 years in the music industry. While the official setlist for the tour has been kept secret, guitarist Yasi Hofer has revealed that the performances will feature three brand new songs.

Hofer shared this detail during a recent episode of her podcast, Tourstop, noting that the song list was sent to the band members approximately one week prior to the revelation. The inclusion of new material has led to speculation among fans regarding a potential new studio album following the tour, as Fischer’s last regular album, Rausch, was released in 2021.

Production and Stage Design

The 2026 stadium tour will visit Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, featuring a production with a reported cost of €25 million. The centerpiece of the show is a massive floating LED cube, which is surrounded by multiple walkways that connect to various areas of the stadium.

This in-the-round setup is a first for Fischer. The stage design was developed by the same designers responsible for Adele’s Munich residency. The performance will utilize the walkways, the area beneath the cube, and the top of the cube itself, featuring a larger number of dancers than Fischer has previously employed on stage.

The setlist is designed to span two decades of Fischer’s career, ranging from her 2006 debut album Von Hier Bis Unendlich to her 2021 release Rausch.

Tour Schedule and Locations

The tour consists of 14 stadium shows, opening on June 10, 2026, in Dresden and concluding on July 17, 2026, at Munich’s Allianz Arena. Due to high demand, additional shows were added in Frankfurt, and Cologne.

Artist Context and Recent Releases

At 41 years old, Fischer is adapting her tour organization to accommodate her life with her children. Rehearsals for the 360-degree tour are currently underway, though it has been noted that the singer’s initial involvement in these rehearsals was limited to visits before becoming more deeply involved later.

While the new songs for the tour have created anticipation for a full album, the only new music Fischer has released since 2021 was a collection of children’s songs in 2025 titled Die schönsten Kinderlieder – Winter- und Weihnachtszeit.

Industry insiders have suggested the possibility of a new album release in May 2026, which would precede the start of the tour in June. This timing would allow Fischer to maintain a high media presence immediately following the stadium performances.
