The Israeli military said it had “eliminated Ibrahim Muhammad al-Qubaisi,⁣ commander‌ of Hezbollah’s rocket and missile systems.”

​ He added in a statement that Qubaisi was an official with special experience in activating missiles, including precision-guided ‌missiles, and ⁢was responsible‌ for several operations against Israel, including Tuesday’s missile⁤ launch towards Haifa.

‍ Death Toll and Aftermath

According to the latest ⁣figures from Lebanese Health Minister Firas ​al-Abiad, the death toll from Israeli bombing in southern and​ eastern Lebanon has risen to 558, including 50 children and 94 women, and 1,835 wounded.
