Hezbollah on High Alert: Ballistic Missile Launch and Ground Operation Looming on the Horizon

Large-scale Israeli airstrikes targeting Lebanon’s armed political faction Hezbollah continued for the third day.

Hezbollah also launched a counterattack by launching ballistic missiles, and a ground war appears imminent.

Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon continued for the third day.

Israel said it hit about 280 targets, including Hezbollah weapons storage facilities.

On the 25th local time, almost 300 casualties occurred in just one day.

“From this morning until now, 51 people have died and 223 have been injured.”

Over the last three days, more than 600 people have died in Lebanon. The number injured in the thousands.

Hezbollah’s counterattack was also fierce.

A ballistic missile was launched towards Tel Aviv, the central city of Israel.

This was the first missile aimed at Tel Aviv since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip last October.

Israeli air defense systems have been activated, but casualties are unknown.

As the conflict between the two sides intensifies, some say that a ground war is almost imminent.

Israel, which called up two reserve brigades for operational activities in the northern region, said it had begun a new phase of the war and indicated the use of ground forces.

“You will go in there and absolutely destroy the enemy and their infrastructure. This will allow us to return the people of the North safely.”

Prime Minister Netanyahu also said that the military operation will not end until northerners return home.

US President Biden said that he believes that all-out war is possible, but that there is also a chance to reach an agreement.
