Breaking News: Updates from the US Presidential Campaign Trail

Tim Walz’s Motorcade Involved in Rear-End Collision

10:22 pm: A motorcade carrying US Democratic vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz was involved in a rear-end collision on the way to a campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Reporters traveling with him reported that several cars in the motorcade crashed into each other, affecting cars carrying journalists and campaign team workers. Several journalists and one campaign team employee were slightly injured, but Walz remained uninjured.

Walz appeared as planned at the rally in Milwaukee, where he stated, “I’m proud to say that everyone is fine except for a few minor injuries.” He thanked security officers and rescue workers for their support after the incident. Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and US President Joe Biden called him after the accident to inquire about his well-being. The cause of the accident is currently unknown.

6:55 pm: The Kremlin has expressed skepticism about the possibility of a quick resolution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine if Donald Trump becomes president again. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated, “I don’t think there is a magic wand. It can’t be done in one day,” in response to Trump’s claims that he could end the conflict within a day.

Peskov suggested that a change in US policy could potentially lead to a shift in thinking, stating, “One could imagine the next president of the United States announcing in his inauguration speech that the United States is committed to peace and therefore ending its support for Ukraine.” However, he emphasized that this is purely theoretical.

8:12 pm: US Vice President Kamala Harris has accused Donald Trump of disrespecting Arlington National Cemetery and the military. Harris stated, “To be clear: the former president was disrespecting sacred ground just for the sake of political movement.”

Harris emphasized the importance of honoring and respecting veterans, military families, and members of the armed forces, stating, “If there’s one thing we as Americans can agree on, it’s that our veterans, our military families, and members of the armed forces should be honored, never vilified, and treated with nothing but our respect and my greatest gratitude.”

4:49 am: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has announced plans to participate in another live chat with tech billionaire Elon Musk. Trump praised Musk, calling him “brilliant” and a “great genius,” and expressed his admiration for the entrepreneur.
